Plated movement with anchor escapement and pendulum. The alarm train is placed in the upper part of the case, driven by pulling the cord. The going train is driven by barrel. On the back plate a mark with the signature Vincenti & Cie Medaille d’Argent.

Round, white enamelled dial with black roman hour numerals and minute stripes. The hour, minute and seconds hands are made of blued steel. The dial is covered by a convex glass in a bazel.

The brass case has doors on both sides and the back side. Bell on top of the case, brass handle on top of the bell. Profiled finials on the corners.
Four profiled feet.
