Movement
The clock has a brass movement between plates and consists of a going train only. It has Swiss lever escapement with vertical balance and hairspring with regulation. The backplate is marked Wera SWISS with the indication 17 jewels 2 adjustments. The clock is wound from the back. Here is also a square to set the hands.
Dial
The rectangular silvered dial has an Arabic chapter ring with hour, five-minute and gold dots minute divisions. The time is indicated by a pair of pierced blued steel hands. The dial is protected by a facetted glass, set in a silver frame.
Case
The rectangular sterling silver case, which rests on silver bun feet, is beautifully engine-turned and covered in translucent king blue enamel. The case can be opened at the rear side via a hinged silver door which gives access to the fixed winding key. The case wich is topped with a handle is engraved with the silver mark 925 in the bottom.
