‘How does valuation work?’
Before we put a value on anyone’s belongings, we insist on personal contact with the customer. So the first step would be to make an appointment to discuss the item being valued with you.
We will ask whether you would prefer us to visit you, or whether you will bring the item to us. You would be asked about the provenance and condition of the item. After the valuation has been carried out, a clear, accurate report will be compiled, a copy of which would be sent to you.
