‘How does valuation work?’
Before we put a value on anyone’s belongings, we insist on personal contact with the customer. So the first step is to make an appointment to talk to you about the item being valued.
We will ask whether you would prefer us to visit you, or whether you will bring the item to us. You will be asked about the provenance and condition of the item. After the valuation has been carried out, a clear, accurate report will be compiled, a copy of which will be sent to you in person.
