Circa 1910
Switzerland

Movement
Brass movement with only a going train with Swiss lever escapement and vertical adjustable balance. The backplate is numbered 12529.

Dial
The circular white enamel dial has Roman numerals and strokes for the minutes. The time is indicated by two blued steel Breguet hands. The dial is protected by glass that is set in a silver bezel.

Case
The silver case (925 grade) is very beautifully engine-turned in two colours of light blue translucent enamel, decorated with silver frame lines and fields of slightly darker blue enamel. The clock can be wound from the back, where there is also the hand setting, the regulation with the indication R&A (retard/avance – slower/faster) and shutters, which are to prevent dust from entering the movement. They can be opened and closed with a slide. The whole rests on a foot of translucent grey agate.
